2.2. Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under it.

2.3. Prohibited Actions: It is prohibited to use the Services for any activity that is contrary to applicable law, these Terms, or generally accepted norms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and software available as part of the Services are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws. Providing access to the Services does not imply the transfer of any intellectual property rights.

4. Payment Models and Terms

4.1. The terms of payment for the Services are determined by the selected cooperation model ("Fixed Project Fee," "Fixed + Monthly Subscription," "Monthly Subscription") and are specified in an individual agreement or in the Service description on the Site.

4.2. The user is obliged to make payments within the terms and in the manner specified in the invoice or agreement.

5. Complaint Procedure (Reklamacje)

5.1. We are responsible for the conformity of the Service with the contract. If you believe that the Service does not conform to the contract, you have the right to file a complaint (reklamacjÄ™).

5.2. A complaint can be submitted in electronic form to: automateappstore@gmail.com.

5.3. The complaint must contain at least your first name, last name, email address, and a detailed description of the problem.

5.4. We will review the complaint and provide a response within 14 calendar days of its receipt.

6. Right to Withdraw from the Contract (Prawo odstÄ…pienia od umowy)

6.1. If you are a consumer (konsument), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract for the provision of Services without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of its conclusion.

6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use a model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

6.3. Important Exception: The right of withdrawal is not granted if we have fully performed the service with your express prior consent, and you were informed before the performance began that after its completion, you would lose your right of withdrawal. This also applies to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your express prior consent.

7. Liability

Our liability for non-performance or improper performance of the contract is limited to actual damages. In relations with clients who are not consumers, our liability for lost profits is excluded. This provision does not limit our liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

8. Personal Data Protection

The administrator of your personal data is the Company. The data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Detailed information on data processing is contained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

If you are a consumer, you have the option to use out-of-court complaint and dispute resolution methods. You can, among other things, use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland.

10.2. Changes to the Terms: We reserve the right to amend these Terms. We will inform about any changes on the Site. The changes cannot violate the rights acquired by users.
